Association Spring Meeting

Our Association Spring Meeting will be held this year at Harmony Baptist Church at 604 Caesar Road on April 3rd beginning at 6:30 p.m. Each church is allowed 4 messengers for the first 50 members, and l messenger for each additional 50 members or a part thereof. Please elect a full number of allowable messengers to represent your church. You can also bring members as guest but they will not be able to vote in the business session. To make sign-in easier, please assign someone to bring your Messenger/Non-Messenger Sheet mailed to each church filled out with the names attending.

Blue Mountain College Chorale in Sacred Concert

First Baptist Church Picayune - Thursday, April 3rd - 7:00 p.m.

This chorus of 38 students will present an outstanding program of choral

music ranging from classic choral literature to modern hymn and

contemporary Christian music arrangements. Everyone is invited to attend.

Association Bible Drills

Associational Children and Student/Youth Bible Drills will be held on Sunday, April 6th at Central Baptist Church in McNeill, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Church Drills should be held prior to this date, and the Associational Office notified of number of participants from your church by April 4th. This is always a highlight of our church year, and we look forward to a good turnout by our young people as they demonstrate what they have learned from God's Word. State Drills will be held Monday, April 14, at Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg.

RA’s Father & Son Campout

The RA’s Father & Son Campout will begin on Friday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m. and go until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26th on the Association Grounds. Each church is responsible for the supper meal. The Association will furnish breakfast Saturday morning. You will need to bring a tent, sleeping bags, soft drinks and snacks. If you want to fish, bring your rod and bait. If your church does not have RA’s, father and sons (1st-6th grade) are welcome to come and join in the campout.

Sexual Abuse Awareness Training

April 29th at Morrison Heights Baptist Church

The Baptist Children's Village has partnered with the Christian Action Commission of the MS Baptist Convention and Morrison Heights Baptist Church to provide Sexual Abuse Awareness Training to help reduce the risk of child abuse in your communities. This training will held on April 29th at Morrison Heights BC located at 3000 Hampstead Blvd. Clinton, MS 39056 (Exit 36 off I-20 in Clinton) (Time: 10:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. - Lunch included)
